Background
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, EMDR-trained therapist, and Registered Art Therapist with over 11 years of experience supporting individuals through trauma, PTSD, anxiety, chronic pain, self-esteem challenges, and life transitions.
My work is grounded in the belief that therapy should feel human, collaborative, and empowering—not rushed or judgmental.
