A Safe Space for Healing, Growth, and Self-Expression
Services
Individual Therapy
Individual therapy offers a supportive space to explore challenges, build insight, and work toward meaningful change. Sessions are tailored to your needs, goals, and pace, creating room for both reflection and practical growth.
My approach is integrative and collaborative. Therapy may include conversation, skill-building, mindfulness, or expressive approaches such as art therapy when helpful. No two sessions look exactly the same — the work is shaped by what you bring and what feels most supportive for you.
Individual therapy can support concerns such as anxiety, stress, trauma, life transitions, identity exploration, and emotional regulation.
Art Therapy
Art therapy is a therapeutic approach that uses creative expression to explore emotions, experiences, and inner processes that may be difficult to put into words. No artistic skill or experience is required.
Art-making can help slow the process, access deeper emotional awareness, and support healing in a gentle, non-pressured way. Materials are used as tools for reflection and meaning-making, not performance.
Art therapy may be offered as a standalone service or integrated into individual or couples therapy, depending on your goals.
Couples Therapy
Couples therapy provides a space for partners to better understand one another, improve communication, and work through patterns that feel stuck or painful.
I work with couples navigating conflict, emotional distance, trust concerns, and life transitions. Sessions focus on strengthening emotional connection while developing tools for healthier interaction.
Couples therapy may incorporate Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), an evidence-based approach that helps partners identify emotional cycles, deepen attachment, and create more secure and responsive relationships.
EMDR
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is an evidence-based therapy used to help the brain reprocess distressing or traumatic experiences.
EMDR can support healing from trauma, anxiety, panic, and persistent emotional patterns by allowing the nervous system to move out of survival responses and toward resolution.
In my practice, EMDR is approached with care, preparation, and pacing. Safety and readiness are prioritized, and EMDR is integrated thoughtfully within a broader therapeutic relationship.

You don’t have to navigate anxiety, trauma, or emotional overwhelm alone. I provide trauma-informed, client-centered therapy for adults seeking healing, clarity, and meaningful change in a safe and supportive space.
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, EMDR-trained therapist, and Registered Art Therapist with over 11 years of experience supporting individuals through trauma, PTSD, anxiety, chronic pain, self-esteem challenges, and life transitions. My work is grounded in the belief that therapy should feel human, collaborative, and empowering, not rushed or judgmental. I thrive to create a therapeutic atmosphere that is grounded and educational, but

Mindfulness and solution-focused strategies to build emotional regulation and resilience

No artistic skill is required—creative tools are simply another pathway to insight and healing.
